"Tiered progressive guidance case is a learning program which is designed by the teacher and based on deep study of the textbook. It is targeted and layered because it is designed for different levels of students to guide them to build up their own knowledge framework according to intellectual factors and non-intelligence factors, which ensure all levels of students can develop maximally." Teachers are able to design a scientific and rational Entrance Exam programs directly affect student examination results because the learning ability of students becomes distinct after entering into Grade 12. I think it is necessary to study and practice the tiered progressive guidance case.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the college entrance examination chemistry question types and provides objective and realistic basis for the implementation of the hierarchical teaching according to a study of large amounts of professional literature about "Guidance case" and "layered teaching". Then come up with the "Guidance Case-leveling teaching" teaching strategies after analyzing the present situation of leveling teaching of Lijiang No.1 high school. This paper is based on constructivism and other related theories, and is combined with the characteristics of college entrance examination chemistry and the score status of former students, then raises the feasible options of hierarchical teaching program. I use the review case of "organic chemistry deduction problems" as an example to do research on the practice process of the second review of college entrance examination chemistry which takes "Linetype question" as an outline. I did inquiry by setting experimental group and control group in the same class, verify the validity of "Guidance Case - leveling teaching" mode, and analyze the experimental results according to the change of student scores by questionnaires. The results showed that:"Learning Case - leveling teaching" mode can really solve a lot of hierarchical teaching practical problems and it can really apply hierarchical teaching in the classroom:and "Guiding Case - leveling teaching" mode can really improve students’achievement and interest in learning chemistry.
