The Formation Of Chinese Modern Vocational Educational System

The establishment and improvement of Chinese vocational educational system is in company with the development and implementation of the modern educational System gradually. In the year 1904,’GuiMao Education System’was promulgated.It regulated that the Industrial education should have three levels, and four types including agriculture, industry, commerce, merchant.Thus the independent industrial educational system was set up officially. The independent industrial educational system accorded to the requirement of government developing vocational education and training Industrial personnel, and the development of the productivity and the change of values of education.Industrial educational system changed by’Renzi Guichou Education System’, the industrial School’s feudal factors had been removed, and completed the transformation of social characteristic. At this stage, the term vocational education gradually replaced industrial education, expanded the scope of the concept, and the level’s target became clear; from a practical point of view, vocational education system was in line with industrial educational System.The’Renxu Education System’was promulgated by 1922. Comprehensive high school including vocational education, teacher education and general education had been established to promoted the development of vocational education while the independence of vocational educational system was broken.A decade after the enactment of this educational system, the development gap between vocational education and general education was growing bigger.’Taking history as a mirror, we can see the rise and fall’, the dissertation analysis the formation of vocational educational system since the nineteenth century to the 1940s, based on the perspective of formulated background; text; and type of three modern educational systems, and describe the richness and diversity of its level, type, stage, form, distribution and other elements.Modern vocational educational system in the educational system developed more smoothly when it was independent,but developed slowly when integrated with general educational system.Therefore, the development of vocational educational system should focus on it’s own construction, promote whole functions of vocational educational system by improving internal elements, arrange and change vocational education system based on time, geography, and environmental factors. It should pay attention to absorbing other countries constructive experience of vocational educational system. We can succeed our own educational distinction to systematize vocational educational system with Chinese characteristics. Vocational educational system should adhere to both independence and communication dialectically, and select the appropriate form of communication when communicates with the general educational system while ensuring the consistent between the intention and the target.
