The Status Quo Investigation On Physics Teachers Professional Maturity And Its Analysis Of Influencing Factors

With the advancement of professionalization of teachers, improving teachers’ professional ability becomes an important content of current education reform, and teachers’ professional ability, professional identity and career development space are directly determined by the career maturity of pre-service teachers. This study combined with the current employment situation and the present condition of the physics teachers training,paying attention to the development of physics teachers in our school career maturity, to carry on the investigation and statistical analysis to the career maturity, career guidance in the professional training for physics teachers and lay a certain foundation.In this study, the literature study and questionnaire survey of the literature on international career maturity to sort out and learn to develop suitable for the study of dimensions and test category. Combining with the physics normal students employment situation and current situation of cultivation, the preparation of "questionnaire physics teachers and students teachers’ professional development status maturity and factors" on the basis of literature research. And in Hebei Normal University, freshman to senior year conducted measurements, the results of the data using SPSS statistical software for mathematical analysis. In this study, we investigated the professional maturity of the respondents in the survey of the data statistics and analysis. The specific contents are as follows:(1) Statistical analysis on the influencing factors of professional attitude.(2)Statistical analysis on influencing factors of vocational ability.(3) A statistical analysis of the influencing factors of interaction.The results show that:(1) Freshman and sophomore students for the teacher’s stability attitude is not as good as juniors and seniors students.(2) Some students did not decide whether Pub Med, their professional attitude is less stable.(3) The monthly income of wealthier households will inhibit the enthusiasm of the child to the future occupation attitude.(4) Normal Students’ career choices take into account regional employment, treatment and personal fulfillment.(5) Boys in the chalk word, mandarin, writing lesson plans and practicemaking multimedia course ware, are not as good as girls do.(6) In the field of professional knowledge development, non free normal university students and free normal survival in a certain gap.(7) In terms of social communication, the performance of urban students is better than that of students from rural and urban areas.(8) The formation of professional attitude is significantly related to the development of vocational ability.(9) A sound personality characteristic is helpful to the development of the career maturity of normal school students.
