Since the reforming and opening up of the passing 30 years, the national development situation, economic performance model and the way people live have experienced tremendous changes.With the transfer from the planned economy to a market economic system, China's development has injected new vigor and vitality. Meanwhile, as the economy changes, business modes of employment also have undergone tremendous changes, the contract system and appointment system mounted the stage of history, which accompanied by increasing the degree of competition for talent people,"capacity" has gradually become the most important factor which employers and the employees are pursuing. As for the pillars of the country, since 1999, the issues of undergraduates'employment are increasingly concerned by the government. The increase in manpower supply in relation to the relatively slow growth in demand for business professionals has led to another round of difficult employment situation of university students. The glory to be an undergraduate has been faded slowly, "Peking University students sold meat," "Shanghai university graduates a monthly salary of 800 RMB" and other pieces of the true story happening in our side. Where should we go? How to help those graduates to except the traps of passive employment situation are needed as soon as possible, which take the attention of education sector and academic.Vocational maturity is an effective measure tool of measuring the level of individual career development and predicting the individual's future career success. Therefore, under the employment status for graduates, the study of our students' maturity level at the present stage and to improve college students to explore career avenues for the maturity of the corner required urgently.This paper studies the factors which impact on Chinese college students'career maturity and on this basis, to improve our students to explore an effective way to professional maturity. Through the collation and analysis of previous studies, we found that lack of existing research of the following:First, few studies have researched for the interactions and joint effect on the maturity factors, which led to some unstable parts in the existing research conclusions;Second, previous studies are mostly cut off from the influencing factors of vocational maturity, including the individual factors, environmental factors, the impact; the third is in improving the vocational maturity of the way, the existing research is limited in guiding significance in practice, due to the smaller elements to consider acquisition of acquired, making it difficult to apply findings of the study to the future of teaching practice. For the lack of previous studies, this paper focuses on three areas to explore ways to more valuable guidance. First, the paper uses methods such as multi-factor analysis of variance with the previous findings in unstable parts of taking a step forward to find out where the cause of instability and what the conclusion is to improve the stability and guidance. Second, the article will joint the individual psychological factors, non-psychological factors and family environmental factors together, through regression analysis, to explore multi-factor for the professional maturity effect. Thirdly, this paper selects family education, school performance and career self-efficacy to build the structural equation model to explore the role of variables degree and came to raise their professional maturity. The key is to improve the existing methods of family education and to improve the comprehensive ability of students'conclusions.According to the literature analysis as well as the focus of this research, this study is expected to examine, the impact of maturity for the job from the individual factor and family factor. Individual factor are divided into the individual aspects of psychological factors and non-psychological factors, specifically including: whether the child is the only child in the family,the grade,major, school performance and career self-efficacy. Family factor includes the study variables: family origin, family income, parental education level and family rearing patterns. In research methods, this study integrated the use of literature, questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis research.In the empirical research process, this article selected questionnaires that have been mature for China's full-time undergraduate and graduate students to conduct field surveys, a total of 219 valid questionnaires were collected. Questionnaire data owns good reliability and validity, which is suitable for taking a step forward on research. Through the SPSS statistical software analysis, this study found that the overall vocational maturity of China's university students is not high, especially in the professional knowledge needs to be improved. Maturity factors in occupational studies,the article is divided into specific three levels:first, by single-factor analysis of variance and independent variance T test for individual factors and family factors on the professional role of the maturity of a single study, summed up the impact vocational maturity degree and its various dimensions significant variables for the regression analysis of the back provide the basis for the selection of variables. Next, examine multi-factor for the joint action of career maturity, is divided into two parts.Obtained by forced regression model for the path coefficients, the results found that the family rearing pattern for the people in the adult stage the predict function is limited, but for career self-efficacy and career maturity has a significant predictive effect. Performance at school, vocational self-efficacy and career maturity has also been significant predictors.Career self-efficacy, vocational maturity, have a good prediction. The resulting five improve vocational maturity path, which play a fundamental role in the way of family education and school performance, they not only can enhance the career maturity of college students but also help them to improve the occupational self-efficacy of university students,therefore, this paper argues how to improving College Students Career Maturity, the key is to improve family-rearing methods in order to encourage trust-based, while schools and individuals through joint efforts to improve the comprehensive ability of students.To sum up the above analysis and research, this article gets the following seven conclusions:1.From rural families, individuals, family economic conditions has little effect on their career maturity.2.From small urban households individuals, their career maturity are affected by impact of family economic conditions not that much.3.From the cities of individual families, family economic conditions have a great impact their career maturity.4.Family Education, vocational self-efficacy and career maturity has very good predictors, while the forecast for the performance at school is limited. 5.In school performance, vocational self-efficacy and career maturity has a good predictive effect.6.Career self-efficacy, vocational maturity has a good prediction result.7.To improve the vocational maturity of our university'students, the key is to improve the family-rearing methods and encourage the type-based trust, meanwhile through the joint efforts of schools and individuals to improve the comprehensive ability of students.Finally, according to the above conclusions, this study of university students on how to effectively enhance the career maturity made practical recommendations and pointed out the limitations of this study and future research directions.
