Chinese law enlighten education of children is a very important question was ignored. Due to our long-term oriented education, whether it is school, teachers and even parents for kids to start only attach importance to study, student achievement, thus ignoring the education. Many children in the younger age does not set a good stage correct outlook on life values, the idea gradually began to decline, so the crime rate in recent years has gradually enhance the young toward younger direction. As well as by social impact, the students in the school lawlessness phenomenon, making uncivilized behavior will occur when a small number of students and adverse behavior weariness abandoned school. This wake-up call for the country to improve the education of children, especially primary school students, the low age of students in elementary education law. Because of these undesirable phenomenon also reflected in our law on elementary education of children is not a deep and practical problem. Reform and innovation of our children’s education is enlightenment legal reality we should be promptly addressed.Democratic rule of law, justice, sincerity, amity, vitality, stability, order and harmony between man and self-heating is to build strategic goal of socialist harmonious society. Constructing a harmonious society is the primary task of building a democratic society the rule of law, it can only strengthen the culture educated in law, and the people to create a good legal knowledge are inseparable from their legal education and training based on fundamental bear, with particular emphasis on juvenile legal Age of Enlightenment education of children of this small special groups, through the Enlightenment stage, the child’s body and mind have not yet established a mature mechanism, making good use of this critical period of their training and education, let knowing, know law, law-abiding, to understand their legal rights and interests, learn self-protection. So as to solve the children in the social process of generating the rule of law can really get experience and grow.From the following four aspects elaborated:The first part of introduction mainly expounds the significance of this article selected topic basis and, research status quo of legal enlightenment education for children in China is how, through literature research, comparative research, integrated approach to research deeply the issue of legal education for the children.The second part of the law for the children of the enlightenment education connotation and characteristics, necessity and aim are summarized, and detail for the special group in children and adolescents, age is still small, mind not mature, in the critical period of the development of the education, we have the necessity of the legal education, and the difference in the content of the legal system education for adults with different goals.The third part is for today’s children law enlightenment education present situation and the reason analysis, analysis of the realistic problems of the development of favorable conditions, and the development of the cause of the weak factor analysis. So as to better the legal enlightenment education for children in China to provide perfect recommendations.The fourth part mainly elaborated the enlightenment for the children education contents and methods of improving comprehensive advice. Hope that through this article can cause both parents, schools, social law for this particular age group children enlightenment education, truly grab from baby, help children walk good, the first chapter stabilisation belong to their life.
