The rural hometown-remained children will be a social group. Their healthy growth has become an important topic during the construction of new rural areas. And it is also a long task faced by the education of China. It is the most important thing for the solution of these children to take active protective actions according to the facts. The education reform faced on these children should be an important part of the whole education reform and growth. Through the research on these children in the three areas of Maiping,Huaxi,Guiyang, Xiping,Xixia,Nanyang and Huangtaiguang,Wanchengqu,Nanyang, I analyze the whole condition and the problems of these children according to their seage ,0-6years,6-12years,12-14years. I find out the origin of their education problems from their feature of growth, the environmental factors ,family education ,school education and social education ,which affect their growth .So I propo measures to solve their education. The focal point is to construct the four-in-one love system of the government,families,schools and society.
