Primary school is the key period of student’s development in psychology and behavior. Students’ learning foundation, personality characteristics, moral character and so on during primary school have a direct impact on their life trend. However, the education of problem students always disturb parents, teachers and schools. Only by deeply discussing the causes of problem students and finding the solutions, can we make the problem students, parents and teachers get out of the trouble, then improve student’s healthy and harmonious development. In this paper, the bad behavior of problem students is divided into attacking behavior, property violation behavior and learning difficulties by observing some problem students during my practice internship in a primary school in Changsha, which was used with the narrative research and case analysis to understand their family status and record their leaning performance at school, as well as relationship between peers. The case study indicates the reason which may cause the bad behavior of problem students, such as the negative influence of community atmosphere, improper education of teachers, ill effect of parents’ education mode and family atmosphere, as well as students themselves. Finally, the countermeasures to transform problem students are proposed from three dimensions, family, class and bad behavior student’s self. I hope this paper can give some reference and suggestions to teachers and parents puzzled by problem students.Problem students are not cultivated in one day, so transforming the problem students to normal cannot be achieved overnight. We should have the determination to transform the problem students successfully, with sincere and patience to influence problem students slowly, help them to improve the behavior, and toward a better tomorrow.
