At present the new curriculum reform has been carried out around our whole country, but some deviations in understanding the concept of the new curriculum still exist among some teachers. To construct the highly efficient teaching in high school physics classes which should be identical to the spirit of the new curriculum reform, it is necessary to carry out the reform of Physics Teaching in senior high school, and actively explore the new effective teaching behaviors in high school physics classes.In this article, the writer carries out the research theoretically and practically, from three aspects: classroom management, teaching method and extracurricular guidance,This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter expounds the background of the research, introduces the research methods and the feasibility of the research, and explains the significance of the research from four aspects: the demands from the reform, the development of the school, the development of teachers and students.The second chapter defines what is efficient class teaching, sums up the effective teaching behaviors, analyzes the current situation of the new curriculum reform in high school physics subject in China, and then puts forward the theoretical basis for the study.In the third chapter, based on the effective teaching theory, the optimization teaching theory and the constructivism theory, according to the features of the new high school physics curriculum, combined with writer’s teaching experience in recent years and the fully-research to "efficient classroom competition" organized in our school,writer sums up the physics class teaching strategies: "determine teacher’s teaching by students’ learning; students’ learning comes first then teaching; learning and researching go together".In the fourth chapter, writer combines his teaching practice in Wenjiang High School of Sichuan Province and the comparative analysis to the experimental results,and draws a conclusion: teaching strategies in high school physics class can effectively stimulate students interest in learning physics and improve their enthusiasm. It enables students to have a strong desire for knowledge and the open investigative study can make students participate in class activities at their greatest extent, so that it can make the high school physics class truly efficient, and ultimately students’ academic achievement in physics can be effectively improved.The fifth chapter summarizes the research conclusion, and points out the problems and difficulties in this research.
