The evaluation of the professional titles of College Pe Teachers is an important part of the management of college pe talents and a strong guarantee for strengthening the construction of college pe teachers.In order to further improve the evaluation system of technical posts in sports specialty,further implementing the General Office of the Communist Party of China,the State Council General Office's "opinions on deepening the reform of the professional title system," the Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and social security,and the Henan Provincial Department of Education's "notice on delegating the full scope of professional title assessment to promote the comprehensive development of Autonomous University assessment," Fully encourage and stimulate the professional development of teachers of physical education and innovative ability.Based on the methods of literature,questionnaire,Field Survey,expert interview and Case Analysis,this paper studies the evaluation conditions of the post assignment of physical education teachers in Henan Province.The results show that:1.The evaluation of the professional titles of colleges and universities in Henan Province is generally divided into two parts: the paper-based system and the scoring system,in which the colleges and universities mainly carry out the requirements of the number of scientific research achievements according to the specific documents,and the scoring system,in which the colleges and universities generally divide the scores according to the conditions that meet the evaluation requirements,generally no longer distinguish between types of teachers,the final calculation of the total score for comparison.However,the two evaluation methods have the problems of rigid evaluation conditions,emphasizing scientific research over teaching,and not highlighting the characteristics of physical education.2.There is no division of posts,no division of disciplines in the assessment conditions of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in Henan Province.The assessment conditions of colleges and universities at all levels ofdevelopment in Henan Province are similar,and there is no big difference in the degree of difficulty,the evaluation conditions generally require 2 CN and other related projects to be completed in parallel,without the characteristics of sports disciplines.3.There are three types of pe teachers in Henan Province: Teaching Type,teaching and research type and scientific research type,and the number of teaching and research type is the most.Teaching Associate Professor,professor evaluation teaching performance conditions are significantly higher than teaching research and research-based teachers,the average number of class hours concentrated in [400,+?)teaching awards,competition to achieve a greater degree of difficulty,scientific research performance requirements of a larger proportion of the difficulty of promotion.4.Compared with teaching associate professor and professor,the evaluation conditions of teaching research associate professor and professor in Henan Province are relatively neutral,and the requirements of teaching achievement generally include average class hours per year and annual quality evaluation above school level,and the average class hours per year are concentrated at [32,240).There is a wide choice of scientific research performance,including the number of core papers,works,projects and other requirements.In Henan Province,there is a big gap among colleges and universities at different development levels,with the number of core theses concentrated in[ 2,7).5.The least number of pe teachers in Henan Province are research associate professors and professors.The qualification of evaluation is the completion of basic teaching achievement and higher level scientific research achievement.Teaching performance is generally concentrated in 32,80),scientific research performance selection is less,excluding the lower level of scientific research results,scientific research,more professional,difficult to complete coefficient.6.The competition training results of Henan colleges and universities are generally combined with different level events and Chinese core numbers to be listed separately in terms of the supplementary conditions of sports institutes,which generally include the national student sports meeting and the level competitions of thenational university students' individual associations.It is difficult to obtain the corresponding competition results,and the competition training-related results cover less,the coverage is insufficient,which directly restricts the development of competition training teachers and restrains the comprehensive development of sports disciplines.Recommendations from the above study: 1.Enhance the flexibility of evaluation conditions,highlighting the characteristics of sports disciplines;2.Respect the subjective opinion of teaching-type teachers,enhance the proportion of teaching performance of teaching-type teachers;3.Real-time development and update professional evaluation conditions,enhance the Academic Authority of Scientific Research;4.To increase the position of competitive training-type teachers and improve the qualification assessment of physical education teachers.
