With the in-depth education reform, the concept of quality education is enjoying popular support, to achieve quality education at the national level, Aiming education for all should be the first to do to fully embody the popularity, fundamentality and development of education.Under China’s current education system, large classes are still the common forms of education and teaching. However, with different background and Language environment, each student has different interest, ability, ways or even grades in learning. That’s why "learning difficulties" in each class has becoming an inevitable phenomenon. Because these students have been left behind for a long time, it might influence the view of life and the world. Teachers should put the “learning difficulties” in a very important position. Pay attention to the transformation of students with learning difficulties, which is the need of achieving lifelong development of students and building a harmonious society. Also, it is the need of fully implementing quality education.Mathematics is a highly abstract subject, which has confused many students. To achieve prevention and transformation of mathematics learning difficulties, the overall chemical transfer poor students play an important role. Through literature research, investigation, observation, action research, comparison and case study, this paper deeply analyze the cause of junior high school mathematics students with learning difficulties.Based on Ausubel motivation theory, Weiner attribution theory and self-efficacy theory, it theoretically analyzed and proved the prevention and treatment of students with learning difficulties. It mentioned the prevention and treatment strategies junior high school mathematics students with learning difficulties: Firstly, enhance teacher affinity and classroom organization and management capability. Secondly,optimize math teachers teaching concepts, improve classroom efficiency. Then, teachers should focus on students with learning difficulties mental health, caring these students more. Next, build self-confidence for the poor students in mathematics enhanced platform. what’s more, with modern information technology, personally tutoring students with learning difficulties. Finally, strengthen home-school, reach a common scientific evaluation concept.At the end of this article, the real case of a junior high school mathematics learning difficulties transformation gives a demonstration of the research, further reflects the theoretical perspectives and implementation of the research, provided the prevention of mathematical learning difficulties more practical experience.
