College physical education plays an important role in training the qualified builders of socialism.Throughout all colleges and universities around the physical education curriculum,physical education school-based curriculum on how to enhance the physical fitness of college students,teach college students skills and exercise awareness habits and so on,made a lot of attempts,and achieved some results.This paper takes the construction of school-based physical education curriculum in Hangzhou Normal University as the research entry point to understand the current situation of its development effect,as well as the existing problems,and find the solutions,so as to provide the first-hand information for more effective implementation and optimization of school-based curriculum.By using the methods of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the effectiveness of the school-based curriculum of physical education in Hangzhou Normal University,discusses the achievements and existing problems of the school-based curriculum of physical education in Hangzhou Normal University,and puts forward countermeasures for the optimization and development of the school-based curriculum of physical education.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The lung capacity level of male students in Hangzhou Normal University increased after the implementation of school-based physical education curriculum,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).The lung capacity level of female students increased significantly after the implementation of school-based physical education curriculum(P < 0.05);the endurance quality of students in Hangzhou Normal university did not change significantly after the implementation of school-based physical education curriculum(P > 0.05),There was a significant difference in the level of tolerance quality between the measurement university students(P < 0.05).(2)The school-based physical education course of Hangzhou Normal University has a positive impact on College Students' physical exercise behavior.Specifically,through one semester contact with the school-based physical education course,the total score of College Students' physical exercise behavior has a significant increase(P < 0.05),which enhances the intensity of students' physical exercise(P < 0.05),increases the frequency and duration of physical exercise(P < 0.05),and more physical exercise items are selected To cultivate the skills learned in school-based courses,enhance the independence of students' physical exercise,and stimulate students' sports consumption.(3)The school-based course of physical education in Hangzhou Normal University has an enhanced effect on College Students' awareness of physical exercise.Through one semester of contact with the school-based course of physical education,the total score of College Students' awareness of physical exercise has a significant increase(P < 0.05),in which the value cognition of physical exercise has been significantly improved(P < 0.05),and the emotional experience of physical exercise has been significantly improved(P < 0.05),because of the contact of students There was no significant change in students' will to exercise(P > 0.05).(4)Hangzhou normal university students have a low understanding of the school-based physical education curriculum.In view of the 12 minute running content,the students' preference for the school-based physical education curriculum is not high.Most students think that the opening semester of the school-based physical education curriculum is reasonable,the teaching methods of the school-based physical education curriculum are not satisfied,and the organization and assessment methods are reasonable.(5)In view of the fact that the 12 minute running content in school-based physical education course is not liked by students,the intensity of exercise is low,and the influence on students' will to exercise is low,this paper puts forward that one can increase the class hours of the course or the intensity of class exercise properly to enhance students' physical health;the other is to integrate the will training course to enhance students' will to exercise;the third is to make full use of school physical education resources The characteristics of innovative sports school-based curriculum to meet the needs of students,improve students' interest in sports.
