According to the test data of physical health of teenagers in recent 20 years,the physical condition of primary and middle school students in China has been in a very unhealthy state.The education sector in China emphasizes the importance of school sports for many times and presents some specific policies hoping to change the situation. Although the physical deterioration trend in recent years was stable, part of the project is still in poor condition.The SPARK curriculum was widely implemented in United States, reduced American teenager obesity and improved their physical quality level. Physical education curriculum in China and the SPARK curriculum in United States have a same teaching goal, that to improve the students’ physical health level, to improve students’ social communication ability and to help students to form good habits. There are many similarities in the ideas and methods of SPARK curriculum and physical education curriculum in China, the physical education curriculum teaching in our country can draw lessons from the advanced ideas and methods. "Mountain can offend jade”,this study attempts to explore the traditional physical education curriculum of physical education curriculum in rural primary school implementation effect on the students’ physical quality, intuitive feelings and load case in physical classroom sports. Finding out a method which benefits the primary school sports and the healthy development, developed a more suitable teaching mode for our rural primary school physical education, to improve our rural student’s physique, and gradually promote the primary school in our province, even the whole country elementary school physical education curriculum reform, bringing effective development of the physical health of children in China. Experimental classes in corresponding school are randomly selected by using experimental method, and then strict experiment schemes are instituted. Before the experiment, the physical quality of the students in the experimental class and the control class was tested. The SPARK curriculum of physical education in the United States are integrated into experimental classes, and implements the traditional sports teaching in our country comparative classes at the same time in one year. After the experiment, tests the physical quality ofstudents in two classes, and makes the questionnaire on two students base on feel investigation. Actigraph accelerometer was used to test the exercise load of two classes of students in physical education class. After collecting the data, the measured data using SPSS mathematical analysis, draw the following conclusions:1. Physical aspects: using the SPARK curriculum idea for a year’s sports teaching experimental classes students lung capacity and skip rope has much increased in a minute.2. Students intuitive feelings: students in experimental class like PE class more than students in comparative classes, The serious degree of physical education class is higher, and the number of physical education teaching content is more after class.;Exercise load, physical education, the experimental class student sweat more, less rest time in physical education; In sports interactive aspect, experimental class students in the classroom and cooperation more; On the evaluation of teachers, the teaching content of the experimental class teachers are more likely to be learned by the students,the experimental class teachers in physical education class participation in student activities is stronger than the comparative class.3.The exercise intensity aspect: the experimental class students’ relative rest time is less than the control class, and small strength, high intensity, great intensity exercise time are more than the comparative class.4. The focus in on children with disabilities: The disabled children in the experimental class were students, and the disabled children in the comparative class participated in the movement.According to the conclusion of the analysis, this paper puts forward:1.Developing students’ physical quality. To arrange the teaching contents, adjust the teaching forms, and promote the development of students’ physical quality2.Pay attention to students’ self perception. Correct the students’ attitude towards physical education, reduce the time to rest, to enhance students’ class awareness of physical exercise, pay attention to fostering students’ social skills.3.Improve the sports curriculum practice density. Reduce the queue and waiting time in the sports teaching practice, increase students’ exercise density.4. Increase the intensity of exercise in physical education class. To control the content of physical education curriculum content and the exercise intensity, to increase the exercise intensity of the physical education class, so that students get enough exercise.5.Pay attention to physical disabilities students, let them enjoy the rights of the physical education, promote the development of their physical and mental health.6.In this study, the equipment and venues can be developed according to local conditions, the combination of theory and equipment to form a set of theory, equipment are in line with the characteristics of our teaching model.Change the traditional sports teaching mode in our country, formed a kind of more suitable teaching mode for our province rural elementary school sports, and based on this experience, improving and developing our China’s rural primary school and primary school of traditional sports teaching in our country. In order to gradually promote the development of the China children and teenagers’ physical health, change the present worrying constitution situation.
