Education is to last for generations.To improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching is the goal of every teacher.while educators also energetically explore on it. However, the fact is our education is still landed in the contradiction of appealing the competence-oriented but implementing the exam-oriented. The situation of students learn hard and teachers teach tired still abound,Under the circumstance that education behaviors cannot match teaching philosophy, We clearly recognize that the ineffective and inefficient teaching is the biggest obstacle to the implementation of exam oriented education to quality oriented education,Therefore, how to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching is a problem that needs us to think and solve.The effectiveness of teaching is the essential characteristic of teaching,As a concept and strategy, it aims at promoting students’ learning capacity on the premise of changing their learning style.It is to cater to the current new curriculum reform gradually advancing and deepening of actual requirements, is also the objective need to improve the quality of teaching in the sports classroom.This paper mainly expounds from the following three parts:PART ONE: Preface. It states the background, meaning, domestic and foreign condition and method of the research. PART TWO: Introduction to efficient teaching philosophy. Introduces the meaning, connotation, rules and principles of effective teaching, and analyzes the teaching methods according to the division of students’ learning ability,When students are in different stages depend entirely on the type, basically rely on independent type, independent type, completely independent of the type of teachers, how to effectively develop and promote the learning ability of students.PART THREE: Discusses the effective implementation of middle school physical education class teaching.To carry on the concrete analysis to the three pillars of the teaching activity, namely the teaching goal, the teaching process and the teaching evaluation.The effective establishment of the objective includes the following aspects: preparation of materials, preparation of the situation, the preparation of the target.Then according to the openness of the characteristics of the physical education subject itself to find a for middle school students learning ability development of the teaching mode, and to teachers in the process of effective teaching in PE class teaching and students’ learning method is analysed and described.Finally, there is the teaching evaluation analysis, put forward concrete measures to evaluate the effective classroom teaching of middle school sports, corrective feedback teaching evaluation, value leading teaching evaluation, academic appraisal of teaching evaluation make teaching step by step, through the layers of depth, to stimulate students’ learning motivation and interest, strengthen students’ self recognition and affirmation, make the system become a real closed loop.
