The concept of Efficient Classroom can be said to be an innovation of new curriculum ideas,which has a profound influence on the development of education in China.As a strong experimental basic discipline,chemistry has its typical characteristics.Chemistry teaching possesses theory and experiments,and its teaching process always change,which needs more efficient teaching in the classroom.This paper focus on the representation of efficient chemistry class in middle school,including detailed overview of its contents,the initial construction of its representation system and its application.The main content of its representation in the paper is divided into four parts: effective goals,effective participation,effective strategies and effective evaluation,and analyze it joint with the chemical experiments and scientific ways.The initial construction of this representation system included 2first-level indexes,12 second-level indexes and a number of third-level indexes.By interviewing with several chemistry teachers to collect ideas,it refined the characterization indexes.Furthermore,around the importance of the secondary indexes,the research extended questionnaires to several teachers,identified scale weights,and initially established the relevant scale.Then,applied the scale into the quality evaluation of chemical teaching,and analyzed the statistics by using the software of MFRM,which include the degree of rater stern,teachers' teaching ability,students' learning and the items of evaluation.To test the rationality of the scale by probing into the installation of band score in the scale and the deviation of different parameters.And also concluded the factors of efficient chemical class.Combined with interviews,questionnaires and results measured at the survey of the scale,people gradually realized the importance of the interaction between teachers and students,recognized that students are the main body in class,and teaching should be student-centered,but the important role of teachers cannot be ignored.This paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter one:Preface.Resume the background of this study,explain its purposes and significance,manifest the research thoughts and methods.Chapter two:Literature review.Define related concepts,sum up the present situation of this research at home and abroad.Chapter three:Establish the effective chemistry class and its evaluation index system in middle school.Conclude the main representational content in middle school chemistry class,determine the levels of weight and build the token table by teachers' interviewing and questionnaire surveys.Chapter four:The evaluation and analysis of chemistry class based in Many-facet Rasch Model.Introduce the principles and the analysis methods,apply the new established scale into chemistry class evaluation,and analyze the class quality from a wide range by using this model.Chapter five:Conclusion and suggestion.Gather conclusions,and put forward suggestions for teachers to improve teaching,then have an introspection about the research and point out its deficiencies,show the directions for future research finally.
