Since the bottleneck of education reform is "teacher", teacher training became a key that influence China’s educational reform and development.In this context, the various levels and scales teacher training were in full swing.The teacher training in Sichuan province, The proportion of Tibetan teacher training is growing, Thus, investigating and improving the effectiveness of Tibetan teacher training is of great significance to promote the development of our province and the education in Tibet. In recent years, the education sector invested huge in the manpower, material and financial resources of the National Teacher training. However, because of the influence in differences between Han and Tibetan 、 mainstream non-mainstream culture,the existing Tibetan teacher training present formal, low efficiency and other problems. "The Effectiveness of Tibetan teacher training" has become an urgent problem. This study first analysis the meaning of "the Effectiveness of Tibetan teacher training", and according to the connotation, researcher can analysis the root cause of the inefficient of Tibetan teacher training, and then puts forward corresponding improvement according to the reasons. The thesis mainly launches the research from four parts:Chapter 1 mainly reviews the current research. Few scholars involved Tibetan teacher training in Existing studies, and the "Effectiveness of teacher training" meaning vague, thus the proposed strategy always play a palliative effect. According to the research status, this study identified the research approach from a content analysis to the root cause of inefficiency and to improve vision. Chapter 2, firstly, the author analyzes the meaning of “Effectiveness” and “the Effectiveness of teacher training”. And then, according to preliminary findings based on the existing understanding extract the meaning of “the Effectiveness of Tibetan teacher training”. This kind of training should be meaningful、enlightening and understanding training. Chapter 3, first of all, according to the investigation results analyzes the current situation of Tibetan teacher training. From the connotation of “the Effectiveness of Tibetan teacher training” as the starting point, the author combines with the survey of questionnaire and interview and analyzes the training inefficiency caused by various reasons. Chapter 4, firstly, the author analyzes the training problem. The study found that in a number of reasons that only trainers’ egocentricity is the real reason at all. And then, put forward the improving vision according to the inefficient reasons. Effective teacher training should be out of the egocentricity. First of all, we should be on the premise of "respect". Secondly, we should focus on "listening ".Then, we should engage in more "dialogues". And finally, it should be more "understanding" for the purpose.
