Primary school is the beginning of quality education reform. One of the key factors to realize the education reform is scientic management,it will be the influence factor for students development via the administrative pattern of classes and grades in school. This paper took three primary schools in Dalian city as investigation object, explored elementary school class management mode, and summarized the current class management status by document retrieval, questionnaire survey and interview. After the survey it found that primary school class management exists some problems, such as class management idea is outmoded, management philosophy is not effective, the method is rigid, they do not treat the student as main body, management contents lack of systemic problems, these problems led to the primary school class management appeared and education reform of disharmony factors, such as class management model is old, audio, class content simplification of teacher management. These problems seriously affected the healthy development of students, and our education concept.This paper aimed at the problems at present of class management, combined with the actual situation, put forward management strategy to improve the effectiveness of the primary school class. First, establishing the new concept of classroom management comprehensive motivate students, cultivating students’ class consciousness, and encourage students’ participation in the class management. Second, establish a sound mechanism of class management, class development goals, set up the class feedback mechanism. Third, create new methods for class management type, the teacher in charge plays a leading role in managing a class, create a good classes and grades culture atmosphere. Fourth, give full play to students’ subjectival role, the students to be actively involved in the establishment of classroom management content. Trying to analysis and solve the current situation of the class management in primary and secondary schools in Dalian in-depth and comprehensively.
