In today's education to promote the implementation of quality education,teaching and education activities are more concerned about the overall development of students,the overall quality improvement,the cultivation of independent ability,as well as respect for the development of students personality differences.Self-management of pupils is not only in line with the development of students' personality,but also can effectively improve the level and quality of classroom management in schools.At the same time,they also meet the needs of the times and are conducive to the continuous and comprehensive development of their overall qualifications.At the same time,with the gradual deepening of quality education and new curriculum reform,it is of great practical significance to further explore the status quo of self-management of modern primary school classes and to provide reference for the reform of education and teaching management in primary schools.In this study,S primary school in Wuhan,Hubei Province as a research unit,selected 221 students and teachers of different teaching age two,through the use of literature research method,questionnaire survey and interview research methods,analysis of modern primary school class autonomy Management Status and Influencing Factors.The study finds that the self-management of classes at primary schools in Wuhan S has the following status: the overall level of students' self-awareness is high,but there are still some students who are negatively motivated;students can actively participate in the management of class affairs,but the class adopts collectively.The opinions raised by the students are more general;the teacher-student relationship is closely related to the effects of class management,but the class teacher still needs to personally guide the class management;the teachers and students are democratic and equal,but the students are more satisfied with the current management status.The reasons for the existence of the above status are: the school failed to combine the actual guidance of class self-management to carry out the necessary guidance,teachers lacked systematic knowledge theories to support,the level of student's class autonomous management needs to be further improved,and parents' understanding of class self-management Lacking.Based on the analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of class-level selfmanagement in Wuhan S Primary School,the author proposes the following suggestions on strengthening class-level self-management of primary schools in Wuhan S: First,from the school level,update class management concepts to The theory of subjective education is a guide;propagandizing democratic ideas and cultivating students' self-consciousness.Second,from the teacher level,innovative management methods,exercise student class management capabilities;increase communication opportunities to form a good teacher-student relationship.Third,from the student level,it becomes an excellent class cadre team to help the class autonomous management;activate students' enthusiasm for participation and enhance management capabilities.Fourth,from the parent level,we will strengthen communication with parents to consolidate the effectiveness of class-level self-management;form a home-school collaboration to achieve effective class self-management.
