At present,musical bilingual education has been in the stage of exploration and development in China and different teaching styles in various regions have also gained some teaching achievements.However, little work has been published to date concerning musical bilingual teaching practices in primary school.This paper is composed of four chapters: Chapter One mainly introduces thebasic connotation and significance of musical bilingual education; Chapter Two elaborates and analysesthe influence of the development history and the present condition of musical bilingual education both in China and abroad on musical bilingual education in primary school and conducts the questionnaire survey analysis of musical bilingual education in primary school; Chapter Three solves some problems existing in the implementation of musical bilingual education in primary school through analyzing the most appropriate age for musical bilingual education and the difficulties and solutions to the implementation of musical bilingual education in terms of teachers, students,teaching materials and parents; as the focus of this paper, Chapter Fourpreliminarily discusses the basic design of musical bilingual education in primary school based on the research on teaching material analysis, student analysis, teaching objective formulation, teaching link design, classroom record of musical bilingual education in primary school and evaluation system of musical bilingual education in primary school.This paper concludes the main idea briefly to possibly help the frontline bilingual teachers improve musical bilingual education.
