To better with the world, education must go international, bilingual education into the education development become inevitable Universities. Combined with characteristics of the course, bilingual teaching into the classroom college sports, Because of bilingual teaching is a related to the course content, teaching methods, teaching mode, curriculum, teacher training, teaching materials, teaching management and teaching evaluation of complex and systematic project, Bilingual schools in the process of teaching both made certain achievements and experience, are also facing a variety of issues need to be resolved. Literature review found that bilingual teaching and research of sports, and many more Survey, research-based teaching model to study teaching methods at the theoretical level, relatively few experimental study of teaching. This study selected Circumstantial Teaching experimental study of bilingual teaching in university sports, to explore the effect of the situational approach in teaching bilingual education in sports, provide a reference for sports bilingual teachersThrough literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, experimental teaching methods, First, the theoretical basis of the situational approach, profile design approach, teaching characteristics, teaching theoretical principles of content analysis, In this basic experimental study of bilingual teaching in PE Situational Teaching Method in the overall and specific programs for design, Select the Southwest Jiaotong University Xipu Campus 2013 two bilingual teaching tai chi classes teaching experimental study for a period of 12 weeks, The results show:1. By theory of Situational Teaching Method in College Teaching bilingual public body analysis, Combed Situational Teaching Method in Public Physical bilingual teaching theoretical basis; The context of teaching characteristics, theory principles of the situational approach design suitable PE teaching bilingual education program.2. According to the theoretical basis for the situational approach, combining characteristics of the course designed to create situations, situational experience to guide teaching, students learn to practice, summary evaluation, teaching feedback main line runs through the whole program of the entire teaching process; and the overall program is based combined with a second language, teaching environment, offensive and defensive situations designed specific programs3. The results show:Physical indicators:Height experimental group and the control group, and no significant difference in body weight, vital capacity, step test, standing long jump and grip strength index appeared significant difference before and after the experiment experimental classes Fitness Index also increased, indicating that the situational approach to improve students’ Fitness Index has a positive meaning.Cognitive Index:Experimental class interest in sports motivation, attention level, learning attitude of students to be better than the control class, P values were 0.050,0.044,0.039 (P<0.05). Description experimental class design and application of the situational approach can stimulate students’interest in learning.English level:Experimental class and control class students in the classroom listening and speaking were significant differences in ability, P values were 0.035,0.021, were less than 0.05. Description situational teaching on students’ ability to master a second language play a significant role.Technical indicators:Experimental class and control class Taijiquan drill results showed a significant difference P<0.05, forgotten Taijiquan exercise level was significantly different P<0.05, explain the situational approach for students to improve their level of Tai Chi has positive significanceProposal:1. teachers should strengthen in-depth study of sports teaching methods, innovation, attention to bilingual education, strengthen the research on bilingual teaching theory and practice.2. Situational Approach to note that the introduction of bilingual teaching sports combine characteristics of the course, a combination of factors teaching content, site conditions, etc. situation creation.3. in different teaching, teaching stage correctly grasp the use of the situational approach. Circumstantial Teaching application to combine teaching content, and are subject to teaching objectives, teaching scale and teaching environment of multiple factors, to individualized, local conditions, flexible use of the situational approach.Study limitations and future researchIn the experimental design of this under the situational approach, there are some limitations of the study, for example, in the control group by training traditional teaching on the capacity also increased, which means that the application of the situational approach after achievement, because part of the students’ ability contains natural growth factor, which some of the factors to be ignored.Study wide public sports bilingual teaching, there are many content needs more experiments to do further research. On this research, the subsequent need to strengthen the situational approach to study public sports bilingual teaching theory, explores and design more teaching situation, to further improve, enrich teaching experiments.
