As the reform of Ideology and Morality for middle school students deepens, an increasing number of teachers have adopted new teaching methods according to the new curriculum concept.Experience teaching can realize 3D course objectives. As a course of moral education, Ideology and Morality should apply experience teaching. This paper studies the connotation of experience teaching, analyzes the theoretical basis and necessity of experience, and explores the implementation process of experience teaching based on status of Ideology and Morality. In this paper, literature review and logic analysis are adopted at an attempt to expound experience teaching of Ideology and Morality from the following three aspects.Part 1 is an overview of experience teaching. First, the connotation of “experience teaching” is put forward based on analysis of the connotation of “experience.” Based on the scenario, teaching activities and evaluation are conducted. Second, define experience teaching for Ideology and Morality based on scholars’ understanding of experience teaching. At last, correctly summarize the subjective, self-experiencing and emotional characteristics of experience teaching of Ideology and Morality and its theoretical basis.Part 2 expounds on the significance and orientation of experience teaching of Ideology and Morality. In terms of its orientation, experience teaching of Ideology and Morality can help students deepen their understanding of knowledge, deeply integrate them into the teaching process and achieve all-around development for students. In terms of its orientation, experience teaching of Ideology and Morality is based on experience of the class process, life value and role transition.Part 3 illustrates the implementation process of experience teaching of Ideology and Morality. The author reflects on the whole research process and comes to the research conclusion that successful implementation of experience teaching should be guaranteed through establishment of the experience teaching objectives, creation of an experience teaching scenario, conduction of experience exploration activities and completion of experience teaching evaluation.
