With movement of new curriculum, the senior Chinese courses are moving forward view of teachers and students and the instruction becomes new concern, but the studies on curriculum, textbooks and instruction are few in education because of short time for implementing new course, especially on this course,Selected Readings in Pre-Qin Scholars, teachers are very confused in dealing the content, choosing teaching methods and guiding students learning. According to above teaching difficulties, the author put forward the subject, its meaning is on providing ways out of teaching problems in class and guiding confusion in learning so that teachers can guide students into class research and evoke their studying interest.This paper includes six parts in total:Part one: Introduction. It mainly explains goals and significance of the research,why study on the problem, methods of study and relevant research status of the subject;Part two: It expounds the basis and value of implementing the course of Selected readings in Pre-Qin Scholars, it can be regarded that this course meets the design thinking of new courses, new trend of College Entrance Examination and requirement of building socialist core values;Its significance lies in the value of students learning various schools of thought, we can establish the correct values, while understanding the Philosopher Prose and later literary origins, to understand its far-reaching implications;Part three: It outlines the basis, value and significance, which mainly analyses on the text system, learning-assisting system, and homework system.Part four: It points out the teaching aims and content;Part five: According to the teaching current status, it analyses the data, which is got through teacher interviews and student questionnaire, and concludes the trouble of teaching and learning;Part six:It brings strategy of solving above problems. Firstly, teachers should reasonably integrate content of textbooks; secondly, teachers should improve their own professional quality to evoke students’ learning interest and guide them to raise good learning habits with many teaching methods flexibly.
