The key issue is a matter of chemistry teacher education professional development of chemistry teachers, promote chemistry teacher’s special field accomplishment is the key content of chemistry teachers’ professional development.In recent years, the characteristics of the diversification of the research on professional, for different areas, different disciplines, different training methods of research more and more, and understand the real needs of the process of ascension chemistry teacher’s special field accomplishment is the precondition of research must address all problems.What is the demand of junior high school chemistry teacher’s special field accomplishment? How to improve demand satisfaction junior middle school chemistry teacher professionalism? And how to provide effective support to improve junior high school chemistry teacher’s special field accomplishment? These are the most important issue to be solved. The present study is based in Shenyang City junior high school chemistry teachers in six districts targeted research. From the professional knowledge, professional competence, education philosophy, vocational mind and mental accomplishment five dimensions to learn more about junior high school chemistry teachers’ professional quality lift demand. At the same time, this study analyzes the novice teacher, proficient teacher, expert teacher of junior high school chemistry teacher demand characteristics. The purpose of this study was to Shenyang chemistry teachers’ professional quality promotion strategy put forward reasonable suggestion.This thesis is composed of five parts:The first part introduces the background conditions of this study and research status of this study, and presented to need to solve the problem, and the object,procedures, methods of research.The second part is the theoretical basis of the research. This part is mainly to define the core concepts, and introduces the teacher professional development theory and the teachers’ professional quality structure theory, and construct the chemistry teacher’s professional accomplishment.The third part is empirical research. This part is the main contents of this paper.This part is the preparation of the questionnaire, distributed and collected questionnaires, analysis of questionnaire reliability and validity. Subsequently issued the formal questionnaire. Task of this section is to analyze the current situation of junior high school chemistry teachers’ professional quality to enhance demand, and the ways to enhance and content selection. Combination of interview research method, relatively novice teacher, proficient teacher, expert teacher, seeking todemand the difference between them.The fourth part is the conclusion of research and chemistry teachers’ professional quality to meet the upgrade strategy. The fifth part is the reflection and prospect research.
