Since China’s reform and opening up, China’s economic power has now promote quickly and entered into the world’s great powers, countries speed up the construction of urban infrastructure,the urban and rural areas has also widened the gap between rich and poor, causing more and more rural surplus labor force to cities to seek survival. Along with the unit of the family migration liquidity enhancement also evolved with special groups of parents to the city to go to school life-the floating children. Compared to before the domestic researchers have focused attention on the rural left-behind children trying to solve the way, the city of migrant children education has little trouble discussion, in Hefei children has flowed quickly because of the sharp rise, entering the city population has led to academic difficulties, interpersonal circle narrow, lack of social resources and a series of education problem. Plus because of regional differences, cultural custom, differ in thousands living background. It Makes children low for the sense of the city and the identity, each factor of family, school, society linked together.It associated with floating children growing up, it is no longer a simple focus of the education. It has slowly evolved into a social phenomenon and affected the development of social harmony and stability. It is necessary for social workers and social people to delve into the root of hidden problems. The social chain reaction has become a major focus of social workers and the social to be solved urgently. The authors which explore the floating children’s education problem was simply trying to promote the professional development of local social work, leaving with the precious practice experience, contributing the meager strength to our country’s economic and stable social development. But the situation is not the rapid formation of floating children’s education, is still a long way to go, we need to do everything in our power to help migrant children set up the correct values and world view, let happy confident smile back into the child’s face.This article revolved around the flowing population centers- A community of Hefei city for migrant children education researching. With three months practice in M social work institutions as the breakthrough point, we introduce social work, the concept of floating children and the social ecosystem theory, and let knew specific living environment condition of the A community. Further analyze the perspective of professional social work education in Hefei and the four aspects system of individuals, families, schools, social in this paper, It’s all in order to explain the floating children’s academic performance, the integration into the school classes, lacking of interaction with parent-child relationship.Combined with a large number of survey data about truthful disclosure of the floating family, M social work institutions take powerful measures (such as colorful classroom, another world of school, moved library school) in migrant children’s education. At the same time the author use the method of case work in-depth interviews to intervene children which is in trouble in school, through dialogue and action to help rectify the director out of psychological shadow, the proper use of "respect" "acceptance" empathy ", "professional skills "to establish a good relationship. It makes work hard to achieve the recovery of learning enthusiasm, the improvement of interpersonal skills and reintegration of family support resources. After the case for the service object has two kinds of methods about the result evaluation and process evaluation to ensure the quality of service and effects. Finally, the paper according to the theory of ecological system is put forward in plight of operational ideas of the floating children education. Starts from me, to raise their learning ability and self-confidence; From the family level, change education idea and promote harmonious parent-child relationship; From the school level, optimize the environment of school education and improve teachers’ quality; From the aspect of social work institutions, advertise more and improve the quality of professional services.
