Family is the most familiar support for mobile children to adapt to the cities of the region,and it is the guarantee of the establishment of "values".Family education is a universal education with purpose,which permeates every aspect of children's life growth and makes children develop in an all-round way.Its ultimate goal is to nourish the habit of benefiting a child for a lifetime.Family upbringing is the key core point of parents' family education.Under the dual drive of national policy and social capital,various industries throw olive branch,which makes a large amount of rural labor force into the city.Urban functionality brings together resources such as high-quality health care,education and other infrastructure,attracting a growing number of migrant populations to choose in the city Work and settle down for a long time.One in every six people every day must be in a state of mobility.With the development of the economy,mobile migrant workers will bring their partners and children to mobile places and form family partners.In this state of affairs,mobile migrant workers are full of problems and doubts in the upbringing of children at home.The parents of migrant children who adopt the way of autocratic family education will require their children to live and grow up in accordance with their wishes,have great control over their children,have more interference and demands on them,and have low expression and warmth.They emphasize their authority over their children and have a high degree of control over their behavior.Floating children growing up in this family lack self-awareness and high sense of responsibility,showing cowardice and self-confidence.In order to improve autocratic upbringing and promote the healthy and happy growth of floating children,the author uses the method of field research,unstructured interviews,professional scales and questionnaires to carry out the previous research under the guidance of the concept of social workers.Through data collection and crowd screening,it is found that the educational behavior of parents in autocratic families of floating children is mainly beating and scolding,the educational concept tends to benefit and the educational expectation is too high.In this study,case and group work were used to help improve the family education environment,provide professional services to enhance parent-child communication,and actively advocate to explore the support system of family-school communication and cooperation and link to the exclusive family upbringing of migrant children.Making parents realize the tacit effect of autocratic upbringing on their children and prompting them to reflect on their own practices is beneficial to deepening the educational ability of parents and changing the communication habits between parents and their children.To promote communication with children in a manner that promotes communication with children.Through the popularization of science to inculcate family education knowledge and skills,create a good atmosphere of paying attention to children and education.
