The Implementation Research Of Shanghai "Standardized Training Programs For New Teachers" In Base School

In 2012, the Shanghai Municipal Education Committee promulgated the ‘Shanghai standardized training programs for new teachers of the primary and secondary school(kindergarten)’. One of the major measures for the construction of standardized training base school. Requires the new teachers have training in the base school. This policy has been implemented for three years, how is the situation during the implementation of the base school, and whether the situation will affect the training "as soon as possible for the education and teaching work" for the purpose of the teachers, it is worth our thinking.Through the research of F school, the author learned about the implementation of the new teachers training in the base school. Through observation, interview and literature research, this paper analyzes the relationship between the base school, the tutors and new teachers, and analyzes the current situation, characteristics and problems of the training program. The research found that school base training of trainee teachers to a certain role, but in the specific implementation of the project process, there are still goal setting is not clear, training contents are not adequate; the implementation of implementation is not in place, evaluation of the formalism. At the same time, according to the theoretical framework, the relevant experience, try to propose solutions.All of these problems, the author think, is mainly on the training participants of the core objectives ‘for new teachers’ is not clear. Therefore, the author puts forward two suggestions in the study: 1. level top-down administrative department for the base school. 2 from the bottom up-- the base school try anything better for the new teachers. Hope that through this study, can provide a solution for the implementation of training programs for the base school, but also to promote the training of the relevant departments to open the train of thought.
