Study On The Status Of The Standardized Training Of Residents In Guizhou Province

The standardized training of resident physicians as a special stage and an important part of graduate medical education,which is the inevitable course for medical students to help them turn into qualified clinicians.At the same time,it has a crucial role to cultivate high-quality medical talents,raise the level of medical technology,improve the quality of medical service even the level of the development of entire health.With the government issuing the resident standardized training guide and a series of relevant supporting documents,the resident training program has become a sine qua non for clinical medical personnel training which has universal,normative and mandatory characteristics.How to ensure the quality of the standardized training of residents,and how to analysis the problems that existed in the process of standardized training of resident physicians is more and more important under the situation of growing number of standardized training bases and trainees.In order to grasp the situation of the standardized training of resident physiciansin Guizhou province,to find out the problems and deficiencies in the process of training,and to explore and use the experience of other scholars’ research achievements on standardization training of resident physicians, the study on status of the standardized training of resident physicians in Guizhou province has important significance.This thesis based on our country’s present situation about standardization training of resident,also combined with Guizhou’s realities to carry out.It follows the laws of medical education and the characteristics and rules of medical personnel training. Firstly,in order to fully grasp the development dynamic of our country’s resident standardization training,it clarified and analyzed the concepts related standardization training of resident, including from the national policies、inside and outside policies of Guizhou province.In addition, This thesis based on domestic and foreign scholar’s research achievements, the essay tries to do a scientific statistics and deep analysis by methods of literature,questionnaire(questionnaire survey and interview),statistical analysis and comparative approach. Finally,this thesis draws the following conclusions through comparative study and the results ofinvestigations.After training, the ability of clinical practice of the training object, clinical thinking and interpersonal communication have been improved. But,there are still some widespread problems in standardizedtraining.Such as lacking ofrecognition about standardized training,greater psychological health problems and pressures of resident physicians,insufficient recognition of clinical non-professional quality,satisfaction needs to be further improved,assessment management and training quality need to strengthen,etc.To this end,targeted suggestions are as follows:strengthen publicity efforts and establish a sense of standardized training,construct platform for psychological counseling and various channels to relieve residents’ pressures,attaches great importance to training residents’ non-professional quality,improve teaching teachers, base hospitals and residents themselves satisfaction,perfect comprehensive evaluation mechanism of standardized training and improve the quality of training, etc.
