| High-level sports team founded by university is the important measure to promote the state multilevel and multichannel development of competitive sports talents. The number of schools which recruited high-level sports players is increasing from 57 in 1897 to more than 270 so far. High-level sports team in university is flourishing. At the same time, the employment issue for high-level sports players becomes more and more obvious. They are confronted with big employment pressures in a tough job market. So, a good solution about the employment issues of high-level sports player has important significance for the development of competitive sports and the construction of high-level sports team.This article studied on Renmin University of China, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Qingdao University and Shandong Agricultural University, taking the graduates of high-level sports players in these 4 universities in 2015 as the research objects. Case samples are 4 excellent employed students in these 4 universities. The article based on Documents, Questionnaire Method, Case Study and Mathematical Statistics. First of all, the article has a survey on high-level sports players’ employment situation in these 4 universities. Secondly, the article analyzes 4 excellent employed students, the case samples, by talking. In the end, the article combined the employment situation of high-level sports players with the results of the case samples, discussing the influence factors on the employment of high-level sports players in universities. The result shows:1. The employment situation for high-level sports players is grim and the employment rate is lower than others.2. Gaps exits in employment expectation and current employment situation.3. The successful experience of excellent employment case mainly is: they should establish a career planning early according to personal characteristics and interests. On the way to apply for a job, they can mobilize sufficiently their subjective initiative. In the process to a job, the job goal of them is undivided. They also can build a good study atmosphere.4. The subjective factors that influence the employment of high-level sports players are: they have the career planning later or cannot insist on their career planning. They have less social practice experience and cannot deal with the contradiction between study and training well. And the objective factors are: school curriculum is unreasonable and cultural learning was lower attention by school.5. School manages players by arranging courses and major together for players, putting players in one class, which has a lower employment rate than player selecting major and studying in different classes. And 73% players in universities are preferred to the last management method. |
