With the continuous development of Internet communication technology and intelligent terminal, the limitations of time and space to people become more and more small, and the interaction between people becomes more and more simple, which have changed the way of getting information. Now the mixture of new media and traditional teaching becomes important again, which also provides a new opportunity for the development of informational education in primary and secondary schools. Aiming at problems existing in traditional teaching such as less class, less students, less extra-curricular interaction between teachers and students, poor self-study ability and so on, our country has invested a lot of manpower and material resources to research and develop the blended learning, but its main form is still given priority to the traditional teaching mode, and the learning effects are not obvious.Under this background, this paper combine the new media We-Chat with traditional classroom to build a new teaching mode, which can use its interactive immediacy and powerful management functions to change these traditional teaching modes and educational ideas, satisfy the curiosity of students in primary and middle schools, improve students’ academic performance. The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly, acquaint the state of blended learning both at home and abroad by using the method of literature investigation, then concept, basic theories and learning strategies of blended learning are analyzed. At the same time, combining with the characteristics of We-Chat’ basic functions, analysis the advantages of using We-Chat public platform in the education of primary and secondary schools;Secondly, through the form of questionnaire, understand the demands of students using We-Chat in middle schools, and build "blended learning" public platform on the basis of this. Then through analyzing teaching process of traditional class, combine this platform with traditional class teaching, to build a new mode of blended learning;Thirdly, using this pattern into physics course of "the law of projectile motion" inthe middle school of Shan-xi province, to explore the teaching effects of this model in actual teaching, modify and improve this paper. Finally through the ways of testing in class, questionnaire and interview to collect feedback of this class and make effectively applied researches. Experimental data show that the model of blended learning based on We-Chat public platform receives affirmation and approval of teacher and students,which is helpful to improve teachers’ pertinence of preparing lessons and students’ learning initiative.
