Along with the development of higher education informatization and people in the deep reflection on E-learning, blended Learning will be the most important trend in higher education development.Blended learning is a way of learing, which combines the traditional face-to-face classroom study and online learning organically, both inherits the reasonable composition of the traditional classroom learning and gives full play to the advantages of online learning, thus achieving the complementary advantages. This study analyzed the theoretical research and application situation of blended learning international, and references and analyses of the international research on the general model of blended learning design process, combined with the characteristics of our traditional higher education teaching reform, constructed the general model of blended learning design process that suitable for the traditional institutions of higher learning, and according to the mode designed the blended learning program of Educational Technology course, finally conducted applied research on the effectiveness of the program.
