Chinese rhetoric is a part of the Chinese language, which is very common in the expression of the language and practical application. At the same time, a lot of Chinese rhetoric phenomenon is influenced by its own national culture, which deeply reflects the national character. This shows that the Chinese rhetoric teaching is very important. However, fora long time, there are many problems in teaching of Chinese rhetoric in secondary language. Therefore, this article mainly to Chinese rhetoric as the research object, through the comparative analysis of similarities and differences between Chinese rhetoric and Western rhetoric,studying national character of Chinese rhetoric, and problems with the current status of teaching of Chinese rhetoric in secondary language,suggesting onthe nationality in teaching of Chinese rhetoric in secondary language, in order to attract people’s attention to the nationality of Chinese rhetoric and to provide some reference suggestions for the nationality in teaching of Chinese rhetoric in secondary language.This paper mainly consists of five parts, the specific arrangements are as follows: The first part, introduction.Respectively describes the theoretical basis and practical basis of this thesis; were defined rhetoric, Chinese rhetoric, teaching of Chinese rhetoric in secondary language, nationality and rhetoric of Chinese nationality; consult relevant information by topic, were summary of research; to determine the contents of their research ideas and research methods of these four areas.The second part, a different understanding of the rhetorical context of China and the West. In English, for example, illustrate the similarities and differences between Chinese rhetoric and Western rhetoric. And analysis of Chinese rhetoric(voice, Chinese characters, vocabulary, sentence terms) reflects the national character.The third part, secondary language Chinese rhetoric situation and analysis of teaching. By analyzing several aspects of the Chinese rhetoric in Chinese course standard, senior high school entrance examination, entrance examination outline, arrangement of Chinese textbooks, and of Chinese rhetoric teaching and learning, find the problems existing in the current middle school Chinese teaching of Chinese rhetoric and rhetoric aspects.The fourth part, suggestions for the nationality in teaching of Chinese rhetoric in secondary language.For Chinese rhetoric embodied the nationality and status of the current middle school Chinese teaching Chinese rhetoric on Chinese Rhetoric, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching methods, evaluation and other aspects of nature are given some specific recommendations.The fifth part, conclusion. Through a summary of this paper, and analysis of the innovation and deficiencies of the research.
