I have done an anthropological observation in Shanghai and Kunming. According to a comparative study, we found those two shops have different ways to operation their shops. In the study of consumer behaviors, I inferred that the Grains Flour Mixture not just be treated as a Yangsheng food. Through the study of the Grains Flour Mixture sellers and buyers, we found the Grains Flour Mixture actually is a kind of food, which have various meanings:a Yangsheng food, a daily food, and as a culture symbol to embody traditional morality.
