College Physical Education is an important stage in sports students in the learning stage of learning, with the increasing college enrollment, the number of college students increasingly large, university physical education even more critical. In recent years, college students learning satisfaction deteriorating physical education, college physical decline followed such a trend, and this phenomenon universities responsibility, how to improve college students learning satisfaction has been widespread concern. PE teachers, how to weigh the various factors in order to effectively improve college students learning satisfaction, as the current problems to be solved. This study selected college students learning satisfaction for the study, conducted structural equation model based on empirical research, intended to explore college students PE learning key factors influencing satisfaction from the perspective of PE teachers.In this study, learning through screening and sorting of domestic and foreign relevant literature satisfaction, combined with the actual situation in Changchun City, was constructed in Changchun University Students’ Learning Satisfaction research model. Using SPSS20.0 and SPSSAMOS21.0 of 415 valid questionnaires item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability and validity testing, to verify the validity of the questionnaire survey; the use of structural equation modeling confirmatory factor analysis, by fitting Index verify the feasibility study of the model; use structural equation modeling study of latent variable models path coefficient between the empirical research and amended to give the final research model of this study; path coefficients and parameters of the final research model estimates a detailed explanation. Obtained conclusions are as follows:(1) Construction of the University Students’ Learning Satisfaction Scale Changchun. Satisfaction at home and abroad to learn the relevant literature review on the basis of observed variables extracted in this study, the use of project analysis and exploratory factor analysis to delete variables, forming a University Students’ Learning Satisfaction Changchun formal scale.(2) Quantify the two latent variables on learning satisfaction of causality. Empirical studies have shown that in addition to human relationships no significant impact on new learning satisfaction than teachers teaching ability, teaching atmosphere and content, site equipment, performance assessment and student expectations are different degrees of impact University Students’ Learning Satisfaction, where teaching ability to impact on the learning satisfaction the most.The Construction of the University Students ’Learning Satisfaction model, obtained by empirical research findings on College PE teachers’ teaching activities of some reference value and theoretical significance.
