Study On Operation And Management Mode Of Gyms In Hangzhou Universities

Gyms in Hangzhou universities have a relative abundance of resources, so it is natural to want to get into the University Stadium for exercise. However, universities in Hangzhou how to overcome the following problems:how to prepare for the fitness force Stampede? how College venues can effectively meet students’teaching, training, extracurricular activities you want and can best meet the needs of national fitness at the same time? So the study on the operation and management model of gyms in Hangzhou universities is imperative.This study based on research needs, using documents, questionnaires, field research, statistics and other research methods, investigate and research on management models, problems and development of 14 school gymnasiums in universities in Hangzhou’s operating status, then drew the following conclusion:First,the gyms in Hangzhou universities rich in resources can basically meet the university students teaching,training and the body needs. It also plays a role in easing demand on fitness of residents around the stadiums, but it is far from enough, and it still need to be further improved and developed business management model.Second,The operation and management mode of gyms in Hangzhou universities are divided into three basic categories:sports management, logistics group management and enterprise cooperation management. The majority of them is sports department management, and the advantage of its management is able to fully meet the teaching, training and the body needs. But It has limited effect on fitness.Third, The main factors of restricting opening and management of university gyms in Hangzhou are following:University gymnasium itself conditions, geographical location, economic development and consumption levels, the target customer groups and business strategy and institutional factors.Fourth, In order to meet the needs of national fitness more efficiently, the University administrative departments should strengthen the management of gyms, timely introduce professional management team, pay attention to gyms intangible assets development and facility construction of industrial clusters, meanwhile make full use of the Internet.
