Social work professionals is an important power of social management innovation, in promoting social development, maintaining social stability plays an important role. The good professional identity is the inside driving force to promote the growth and development of social work professionals, and it also play a key factor in the stability of social work professional talent teams. As a result,there is no doubt that people need to study how to further strengthen the Chongqing social work professionals’ level of professional identity has vitally important realistic significance.This study is basing on the existing research results, and using the government related documents of social work professionals’ construction as a guidance,and using three dimensions of "cognitive identity", "emotional identity" and "behavior identity" as the dependent variable. In addition, using several factors such as individuals, government, society, universities and institutions as the independent variable, then through the single factor analysis of variance, this paper discusses the influence of Chongqing social work professionals professional identity related factors and internal relations, and using multiple regression analysis method to explore the impact on social work professionals professional who are suspended from office, on the basis of this puts forward the further enhancement of Chongqing social work professionals professional identity of the corresponding countermeasures.Chapter 1, introduction. This chapter is mainly to expound the Chongqing social work professionals professional identity research in origin, significance, the domestic and foreign research results, the relevant concept definition and theoretical basis, and research ideas, methods, and innovation.Chapter 2, Chongqing social work specialists’ professional identity. Mainly based on the theory of professional identity from "cognitive identity", "emotion identity", "behavior identity" three dimensions for social work professionals professional identity status quo in chongqing were investigated.Chapter 3, the influence of Chongqing social work professionals’ professional identity factor analysis. This paper discusses the influence of Chongqing social work professionals related factors and internal relations of career identity by comparing the dependent variable and independent variable data analysis.Chapter 4, the professional identity of social work specialists’ quit intention impact study. Using multiple regression analysis method to explore the social work specialists’ professional identity affects quit intention.In chapter 5,the enhancement of specialists’ career identity countermeasure thinking. This chapter is basing on chapter 2, 3, 4. Then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures respectively from several parts such as government, society,universities,institutions and individuals.Chapter 6, conclusion and discussion. This chapter mainly expounds the research result of relevant conclusions, and the next step which is relating to the possible direction about career identity.
