Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Professional Identity Of Community Workers In Chongqing

Since the territory, continuing to strengthen the community management and service functions, Chongqing has achieved a breakthrough. The overall level is in the forefront of the west, some part of the work even has a certain influence in our country. In spite of this, there are still some problems to be solved. As the Chongqing community service system construction work's subject, community workers play an important role. In the existing research, the team building of community workers is more abundant, put forward the policy recommendations more from the system level, rarely to regard the community workers as subject to analyze their professional identity and influence factors. In this paper, combined the self- identity theory and social-identity theory, using the literature analysis method and interview, based on the analysis of variance and multiple comparison methods comprehensively, this paper discusses the situation of professional identity of community workers in Chongqing, and the influence of individual characteristics and job characteristics on the professional identity. The results showed that: Chongqing city community workers professional identity is high relatively, the professional identity is influenced by gender, work experience, education, documented(demographic characteristic variable), but also influenced by the work area, interpersonal satisfaction job characteristics, and training variables(working environment characteristic variable). Meanwhile, other factors, job content satisfaction and qualification level also have significant influence.
