Cooperative learning is started in the United States in the early 1920 s, and applied to the classroom, It’s a pretty creative learning strategies in the early 70 s. Also known as collaborative learning. cooperative learning is the students achieve common goals by a group of the division of labor cooperation, It’s a form of positive interdependence learning. Our country began to introduce the foreign cooperative learning theory and empirical research since the 1980 s.Cooperative learning is beneficial for teacher to train students these ability that processing information, solving problem and communication and cooperation. It’s has been widely applied to the teaching of our country’s basic education in the classroom,however, most of the class lack of cooperative learning opportunity, some class even copy foreign mode,It’s not suitable for class education practice in our country.therefore,Basic education explore the practice of cooperative learning is very necessary in China,.From the perspective of teaching practice, this paper first introduce domestic and foreign related research situation of cooperative learning through the literature research.Through the questionnaire survey to understand the our current situation of the application of junior middle school mathematics classroom cooperative learning mode,And using the analysis method analysis the cause of the problem.Then according to current situation of investigation to build team Achievement division method(Student Teams- Achievement- Divisions)(hereinafter referred to as STAD), mainly including its theoretical basis, concept, basic principle and target, and STAD cooperative learning mode in the practice process further concrete elaboration and adjustment for eight.Then, combining the above theory, the study in the junior middle school mathematics classroom implement STAD specific process, and in the form of teaching cases show the practical process. Undertake to the student interview after practice, aware of student’s perceptions of the implementation of STAD cooperative learning mode. And by measuring the survey method, measuring the students before and after implementing STAD in academic performance, interest in maths study and peer acceptance. At last, by comparative study method, test results before and after the contrast and analysis of students, to demonstrate the effectiveness of STADcooperative learning mode.Research shows that using STAD cooperative learning on students’ academic performance, mathematics learning habits and peer acceptance all have varying degrees of increase in the junior middle school mathematics classroom. By analyzing the original data, especially for relatively poor students, It’s more obvious that interest in maths study and the improvement of peer acceptance.
