Selected in this paper, based on the principles of subjectivity and representation, published by people’s education press ordinary high school history curriculum standard experiment textbook (compulsory) (2009 edition) and Taiwan three people publishing house ordinary senior middle school history (compulsory) (2014) to compare the object, on a comparison of the written content. Hope that through comparative study, find the similarities and differences of high school history textbook writing content in area of Taiwan and Mainland China, their respective characteristics, and it contains in the meaning behind it.This paper is divided into six chapters.First chapter is introduction, mainly for selected topic background, the selected topic significance, basic concept definition, research status at home and abroad, the paper expounds the research ideas and methods, etc.The second chapter of the Taiwan straits comparative study high school history curriculum standard (program). High school history curriculum standard (program) is a programmatic document written in history books, guide the writing of the textbook, the curriculum nature, objective, basic teaching contents, as well as implementation suggestion (method) and so on. The contents of this chapter are the main basic content curriculum standard (program), the nature of the course, comparison and objective comparison, comparison of the basic teaching content, implementation suggestion and implementation method.The third chapter high school history textbook content Chinese comparative study on both sides of the Taiwan straits. Selected three major aspects in the political history, economic history, cultural history project. Overall, whether in politics, economic, and cultural history, historical choice, events, and historical explanation, often is part of the difference is small, ancient and modern history of differences.The fourth chapter comparative study high school history textbook content of the history of the world on both sides of the Taiwan straits. This chapter has played a significant role in the history of the world, and China’s close ties to the United States, Japan, the Soviet union, the three countries to compare the object, the comparative analysis of the above three countries in national image construction and the evaluation on the similarities and differences.The fifth chapter of the Taiwan straits high school history textbooks text auxiliary system comparison research. Auxiliary system is an important content of textbook writing the text, this chapter through to the import system, annotation system and consolidate the comparative analysis, to understand the textbook on both sides of the Taiwan straits in the way of knowledge dissemination and auxiliary teaching content design differences.The sixth chapter of t conclusion. By comparing that cross-strait differences of high school history curriculum standard (program) textbook, largely depends on both sides of the political reality environment. The text, the difference of auxiliary system is more knowledge or technical application layer of the difference, the cultivation of student’s world outlook, the values without a decisive influence. Write the content differences, it is determined by the historical characteristics of objectivity, so content compared with the content of the ancient history, modern history in both the use of historical materials, or the interpretation of the historical events, bigger differences.
