Infant normal students are the backbone of the future childhood education in our country, and childhood teachers with complex abilities play a decisive role in the children’s enlightenment education. Arduous historical mission determines the infant normal students need not only master the modern scientific and cultural knowledge, but also have high consciousness and state in the aspect of ideological and political education. Therefore, preschool education in normal school has been highly valued by the party and government in the reform and opening-up. What’s more, letting go two foetuses policy makes infant normal students furtherly attract widespread attention. Therefore, infant normal students need meet higher requirements in ideological and political education. However, under the impact of the economic globalization and the western cultural diversity, different values influence and impact the infant normal school students. Infant normal students themselves, meanwhile, have weak cultural foundation, sensitive minds, heavy inferiority mentality, weak consciousness of laws,etc.,so that the infant normal students face many challenges in ideological and political education. For example the particularity of the ideological and political education of normal schools and the particularity of infant normal students increase the difficulty of the ideological and political education. Facing these new situations and new problems, we should analyze different causes of existing problems of infant normal students, and explores the methods to solve the problem, which are the top priority for ideological and political education workers.This paper mainly puts forward a problem, analyze the problem, and solve the problems as the basic train of thought. Based on the basic theory of ideological and political education related for infant normal school students, setting infant normal school in Taiyuan as an example, we analyze the present situation and education of infant normal students’ ideological and political education work and analyze the cause of the problem by visiting and investigation. Finally, according to these problems and reasons, we put forward effective countermeasures and Suggestions to the ideological and political education of infant education from four aspects, including society, school, family and student individuals.
