Young children’s independent reading ability is an important part of early reading ability. As a result of the painting book itself advantage, children’s picture books gradually become the main carrier of preschool children’s early reading. 3-4 years old preschool children on the one hand, has a certain capacity for independent reading picture books, the content of the picture books for rich with great interest, on the other hand the development of their early reading ability is still in its infancy, cramming collective picture books teaching against the age of children to develop independent reading ability, in addition of good and evil people mixed up early reading markets make for the adult age infants appear overwhelmed when choosing the right picture books. Therefore, from the perspective of empirical understanding 3-4 years old children’s independent reading of the basic state, as well as the factors of different picture books influence on children’s independent reading comprehension level has the vital significance.This study uses experimental method, from the perspective of children’s picture books factors of 120 3-4 years old children’s independent reading activities for eye movement research. Based on four groups of children reading different versions of the painting book when watching the fixation point number, the different areas on the duration of the time, visited the eye movement indices analysis, combined with the corresponding reading comprehension test score, to explore the following three research questions: First, a 3-4 years old children’s early reading ability to independently; Second, the different factors on the 3-4 years old children independent reading the story of understanding level of influence; Finally, draw the different factors on the 3-4 years old children’s independent reading how the eye movement characteristics of the impact. Using SPSS 21.0 statistical analysis of relevant data, this study have the following conclusions:1.3-4 year olds is preliminary already had the independent reading ability, is worthy of the name of young readers.2. Due attention to the words help to 3-4 years old children’s story understanding level enhancement.3. The picture books of different factors on children independent reading the story the understanding level and has significant influence on the eye.4. Appropriate background pictures, help prolong watching children’s independent reading of the book in time.5. Graphic typesetting format compatibility, help to improve children’s independent reading of text area to the attention of a level.According to the above conclusions, the researcher put forward the corresponding education for adult Suggestions, in order to better to help and guide the 3-4 years old children develop important early independent reading ability, to promote long-term development.
