Under the background of the new curriculum reform, Wang Songzhou, as one of the new generation of Chinese teacher, his poetic teaching style of delicate, harmony, atmosphere and open are unique and influential during the Chinese community. Novice teachers in their growth process, in addition to their own efforts, but also the teacher’s guidance and help. Research on Wang Songzhou’s teaching style and explore the inspiration for novice teachers’ growth is beneficial to promote the professional and personal growth of novice teachers.This paper mainly uses the case study method, literature research method and the thinking method of induction and deduction to study of all aspects of Wang Songzhou’s teaching style. The first part includes his teaching style of the basic theory system, leading concept, classroom representation. Wang Songzhou’s teaching style with the western theory of "poetic existence" and the Chinese ancient philosophy of life spirit as the foundation of theoretical system, by poetic language is the ideal to lead, his characterization of Chinese classroom the his unique views and propositions. The second part is about the style features, reasons and the stages of the formation of Wang Songzhou’s teaching style. His exquisite, harmonious, atmosphere, open teaching style characteristics have its formation reason and the formation stage. The formation reason has the external, also has his own intrinsic factor, the formation stage also accompanies with his growth process. Finally, according to the research of Wang Songzhou’s Chinese teaching style, it is the innovation for novice teacher’s development in the teaching theory and practice.To a certain extent, it is the innovation of this paper to give a new perspective on the theory of school teachers and the important point of the novice teacher’s practice at the same time.
