Primary education is the foundation of national education. Primary teacher training is the focus of teachers colleges. As teachers’ basic skill, talking classes skill is an important part in training primary undergraduate teachers.The paper chooses the undergraduate of primary education of X city as investigated objection. Collecting and analyzing the data of the questionnaire by the means of SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions) to reveal the present situation of primary education undergraduate’ talking classes skill training and to sum up the existed problems of primary education undergraduates’ talking classes skill training problems. The paper is divided into three parts. The first part reveals the situation of primary education undergraduates’ mastery of talking classes skill, training basic, curriculum and teaching environment; the second part analyzes primary education undergraduates’ talking class training problems and also analysis the causes of the current situation; the third part presents solutions of primary education talking class skill training.Through in-depth research on primary education undergraduate talking class skill situation, identify problems and analyze the causes, to seek solutions strategies, which aims at improving primary education undergraduate talking class skill training quality, and also their teaching ability and the quality of prospective teachers trained in the true sense.
