Teachers make up most of the number of job burnout, and gender and age are the important factors that influence the job burnout of teachers. The middle aged female teachers in the basic education stage are the special groups in the educational system. They, as the backbone of the school teachers, have undertaken a large number of working tasks, and have made great contributions to the society. However, with the increasing of seniority, they carry a heavy pressure from families, schools and society to imagine. They no longer have the ambition of becoming a teacher because of heavy pressure. Therefore, they inevitably have emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low sense of occupation burnout and psychological symptoms.In this study, Taking example of a middle-aged female teachers professional development and describes the psychological changes before and after the entry. We use the education narrative method to exploring the process, influencing factors and coping strategies of middle aged female teachers’ lob burnout. The first chapter of “Hard to bear the burden and fall into job burnout” tells the story of four characters in the early entry of smug, passionate. Later, experience and feel the pressure of promotion of family tragedies, enthusiasm has faded, the daily repeat the machinery and tedious daily work. Feelings of failure and a sense of intention and low efficiency. In the second chapter, the three dimensions and the process of the job burnout of the middle-aged female teachers, the text analysis of the three stories in the first chapter, points out the three dimensions of the middle-aged female teachers’ Job Burnout and reveals its production process. In the third chapter, the attribution of career burnout of middle-aged female teachers, combined with empirical research, from the two aspects of the special characteristics of the middle-aged female teachers and groups of common characteristics, analyzes the factors that influence teachers’ job burnout. The fourth chapter is scatter the clouds and see the day tells two stories, the protagonist in consciousness to their psychological problems, take the initiative to seek help, and try to change yourself, the liberation of the soul. The most critical is the husband back to her side, her mother to ease relations with their own initiative, the son is more sensible than ever. In the fifth chapter, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to relieve the occupational burnout of middle aged female teachers from three aspects of individual, school and society.Middle aged female teachers, as a special group of teachers, tend to carry more heavy pressure than other teachers. To alleviate this pressure, not only the middle-aged female teachers themselves to carry out psychological self debugging, the most critical is from the family, school and social understanding and support.
