With the development of the reform of the school curriculum, teachers pay more and more attention to the five steps of the section of the classroom t eaching implement. Not only does it check and solidify the effect of class learning, but it is also eye-opening and can arouse the students’ interest of learning. These days, hierarchical teaching and homework develops in leaps and bounds, which attracts researchers’ eyes. Nonetheless, their researches are lacking in systematic definition of concept and implemental effects. Concerned with what is mentioned above, first, I set up my research aspects. Then I plan to read those related theories at home and abroad profoundly to define the concept of ’Chinese hierarchical homework’ and ’academic achievements’. In this paper, two classes of students, totally thirty-five ones, in a certain public junior middle school in Shanghai would be the research objects with a host of research methods such as investigations, interviews and comparison, etc. which covers five continuous terms. Questionnaires are used to check students’ attitudes, views towards conventional Chinese homework and modern Chinese hierarchical homework and their completion situations. What’s more, deeper researches on this should be carried out by collecting data, comparing them before and after it, giving out questionnaires.Fortunately, the results indicated that it arouses students’ learning interests and promotes their attentiveness in finishing homework macroscopically. Nevertheless, the results vary from person to person inversely. Finally, I rethink profoundly about the defects and problems in this paper. Also, I put forward the improvements in homework design, assignments and corrections of the implementation of Chinese hierarchical homework to develop its applicability and effectiveness to all the students. By way of conclusion, it would be safe now to indicate the influence of Chinese hierarchica l homework on junior middle school students’ academic achievements. I wish the paper can provide some advice and reference in the field.
