The class is an important part of school, and every class is consisted of students with outstanding personality.With the continuous development of society, people are becoming more and more advocate individuality and free development.Since the 1980 s,each family has only one child,and social mobility caused the problem of children left behind, which caused the management of schools and classes has become more and more difficult. In this paper, because of the location and the surrounding history environment of the author's school, students from two levels of differentiation are very serious, then part of students' achievement and performance are very good, but still part of students behave poorly in many ways,which cause that many students who behave badly concentrate in one class just because of entrance random placement.The author has taught for more than ten years and has the rich teaching experience and the experience of class management.In this paper,through the observation, interview, combining with the form of questionnaire,the author understand more of the underachiever's actual situation, then after contrast,the author find that bad academic achievements, the bad adaptability, not strong, poor self-care ability and vulnerable to external adverse factors are common phenomenon. Family education at the early stages of the students did not play a decisive role, and as the main objective to grades in school education, we often ignored the students' internal education and then part of the students become juvenile delinquent both in study and the psychology.bad parent-school communication, some students inaccurate breakthrough point and transformation process of repeatedly, bad parent education ability and uneven teachers' quality are the key factors that affect the underachiever transformation, and this is all we need to work together to continuously research topic.We need to find out methods for different types of the underachiever and differential treatment in education. The author analyze the cause of the underachiever characteristics from the early stage of the student cultivation, education environment, living environment from several aspects and advances some of the underachiever transformation methods in different ways in order to let them achieve common improve learning achievement and mental health.
