To cope with the problems arising from the social transformation since the reform and opening up, Shenzhen started to realize the importance of the development and construction of the society.The social work career in Shenzhen has been to develop in the direction of specialization and localization,Shenzhen started to promote the construction of community service center in 2011, Using the community service center in shenzhen as the carrier, social work officially opened the path of the social work intervention in community social services. Seizing the advantage of the developed volunteer career, Shenzhen community service center started to develop the Social work volunteer linkage pattern.This paper discusses the community service center of social work volunteer linkage pattern in shenzhen under the perspective of Asset-Based Community Development,Taking shenzhen Longxin community service center as an example, this paper discusses the sustainable development problems of Social work volunteer linkage pattern.(hereinafter referred to as "linkage"), the research methods of documentary, interview survey, participatory observation are adopted to carry out the practice research, this paper summarizes the present developing status of social work services in the Social work volunteer linkage pattern, The influence factors for the sustainable development of Social work volunteer linkage pattern are analyzed. including the integration of community assets, reasonable positioning the relationship between social workers and volunteers and community residents’participation.from these aspects, This paper opens up discussion on the sustainable development of social work volunteer linkage pattern.
