The tendency of primary school in China appeared early as much a hot issue in the education sector condemn it in speech and writing, and in the country set off a wave of preventive and corrective school. In recent years, China’s Ministry of education and education departments at all levels also introduced the relevant policies, but only within a certain range of results, and private kindergarten proliferation is a primary tendency is banned repeatedly more than one of the reasons. In recent years, our country is at an unprecedented degree of concern and efforts into the career planning and development of preschool education to, the tendency of primary school therefore once again aroused attention, and this time the private kindergarten will undoubtedly become the focus of governance. To solve a problem, we must first make clear the definition of this problem, and then we can do accurate analysis, on this basis, we can talk about the solution.In view of this, this study attempts to the "Taylor Principle" as the breakthrough point, from the four dimensions of curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation, on the tendency of private kindergarten school curriculum characteristics, causes and Countermeasures of the collation and analysis. First, through the analysis of the survey results and the related literature, respectively from the curriculum objectives in advance, course content abstraction, curriculum implementation rigidity, curriculum evaluation single which generalize the private kindergarten curriculum primary tendency of the characterization. Secondly, based on the law on children’s present and future development of physical and mental health, combined with current situation and problems, a detailed analysis of the causes of private kindergarten curriculum primary tendency, respectively from the perspective of the concept of parents, social trends, kindergarten conditions, teachers’ professional level, educational administrative supervision difficulty and examination oriented education in our country influence summed up its roots. Finally, based on combing and analysis of the characterization and causes, respectively from the set focuses on the Enlightenment of the curriculum goals, making close to the experience of the course content, building game of curriculum implementation, building situation of curriculum evaluation four aspects proposed to solve the private kindergarten curriculum primary dips to the specific countermeasures.This paper of primary literature data, survey results and typical case analysis based on, the research is divided into four dimensions of curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation and detailed demonstration, not only for the primary research provides a new angle of view, also put forward with the feasibility of countermeasures and suggestions.
