The Kindergarten Education Primary tendency refers to a kind of educational phenomenon where kindergarten education is not carried out in accordance with the law of children's physical and mental development,and artificially improves high levels of preschool education,meanwhile,applies the primary school education mode(teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,evaluation methods)to the kindergarten education.In response to this phenomenon,the state has repeatedly banned primary tendency in the form of documents.Education should follow the law of children's physical and mental development,correct the contents and ways of primary tendency education,and create favorable conditions for the development of children.However,the phenomenon of primary tendency in our country has been repeated constantly,especially in the vast areas of the countryside.The preschool education in rural areas is the focus of the development of preschool education in China,but the outstanding problem of primary tendency has seriously affected the improvement of the quality of education.Therefore,to find the fundamental cause of the phenomenon of primary tendency plays a vital role in solving the problem of primary school.In this study,the field survey method is used to study the primary school teacher of a kindergarten attached to a rural primary school,teacher A's primary school dilemma.Teacher A,who has fallen into the dilemma of primary tendency for many years,is unable to extricate herself: she thinks that she should not have primary school education in her ideas,but it actually conducts elementary school.Teacher A is the head of the teaching and research group in the kindergarten A,who manages about 70 rural teachers in the education and teaching.Study on the predicament of teacher A primary tendency can reflect the causes of the phenomenon of local rural primary tendency.This study selects the ecosystem theory as the perspective of the data analysis,and takes the large system in the theory as the focus.The study of teacher A is mainly divided into two aspects.The first aspect is the performance of its predicament;the second aspect is the actual performance of its educational behavior.A teacher's primary tendency dilemma is manifested in the following aspects: the conflict between games and the lack of practical games;the conflict between teaching content and primary tendency knowledge;the conflict between activities which should have enough preparation and actual slack lessons preparation.On the actual teaching behavior,it shows the educational characteristics of primary school: lack of activity design,activity organization based on collective activities,lack of games in organization activities,valuing the result of the evaluation and setting up environment in primary tendency.According to the analysis,we can find that the difference of teacher A's concept and behavior,the conflict actually reflects: first,the conflict between teacher A's own education ideal and his own lack of professional knowledge;the conflict between the ideal education configuration and the lack of realistic configuration.Second,the conflict of teacher A's own educational value orientation.Her own accumulated expertisein early childhood education requires that kindergarten education requires the cooperation of diverse activities and homes to promote the overall development of children instead of the primary education based on knowledge.Kindergarten teacher education concept conflicts with the public education concept.Third,the expectation of a new management model.Teachers take on a lot of administrative work and lack sufficient energy to prepare for the activities.At the same time,the old management model has led teachers to become prone to burnout.Through the analysis,it is found that teacher A's primary school dilemma is reflected in the disagreement of ideas and behavior.In this study,the following conclusions are drawn through the in-depth analysis of the collected data using the ecological system theory.Traditional educational values which are mainly educational background,instrumental orientation is the core factor of A teacher's primary tendency behavior,and A teacher's lack of professional knowledge is a direct factor leading to its primary tendency behavior.At the same time,the parents,the head of the kindergarden,the colleagues and the influence of the geographical location of the affiliated primary school is an important factor in the primary school behavior of teacher A.
