Professional sports college wushu teacher learning autonomy in China at present stage the overall situation is good, the needs of the wushu teachers with learning, but a lack of understanding of autonomous learning 2. Degree of autonomy learning wushu teachers play an imbalance, levels vary 3. Wushu teachers has a strong independent learning motivation, but their self-efficacy affect the play of their autonomy 4. Wushu teachers can take the initiative to choose and use suitable for their own learning to learn strategies to improve their study effect, but the lack of understanding of appropriate learning strategies, especially the reflection strategy 5.
