Today’s emphasis on quality education reform school education should attach importance to the cultivation of students’autonomous learning ability, it is important for students to learn the guidance teachers put forward higher requirements, first of all, the teacher should become the practitioner of autonomous learning, to effectively guide students autonomous learning, and achieve their own professional development.This study discusses the professional sports colleges and universities in China wushu teachers’autonomous learning situation, using the questionnaire survey the 14 teachers of colleges and universities of professional sports wushu, wushu teachers and interviews which part. Using the questionnaire feedback data with statistics software SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis, interviews and data analysis, draw the conclusion1. Professional sports college wushu teacher learning autonomy in China at present stage the overall situation is good, the needs of the wushu teachers with learning, but a lack of understanding of autonomous learning 2. Degree of autonomy learning wushu teachers play an imbalance, levels vary 3. Wushu teachers has a strong independent learning motivation, but their self-efficacy affect the play of their autonomy 4. Wushu teachers can take the initiative to choose and use suitable for their own learning to learn strategies to improve their study effect, but the lack of understanding of appropriate learning strategies, especially the reflection strategy 5. Wushu teachers can take the initiative to create a conducive to learning material conditions, but in the initiative to create a relative lack of social conditions 6. Wushu teachers in the learning process monitoring on the relative lack of autonomy, if there is interference when learning did not control their own learning 7. Wushu teachers lack of autonomy to choose their learning goals, not clear goals affect their learning 8. Wushu teachers lack self summary and evaluation of learning results, influence the exertion of their autonomy.9.
