This study adopts the method of documentary, teaching experiment, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics research methods, such as the Beijing chaoyang district sheep lane primary school grade five randomly selected two classes of students as the subjects of martial arts lesson, the experimental group 40,41 in the control group, a total of 32 hours, in which the experimental group using the teaching of wushu rank in a long fist, the control group with traditional wushu teaching, by analyzing the teaching to students’ interest in martial arts, martial arts skills, offensive and defensive meaning, wushu education, in the future to wushu exercise attitude, interpersonal relationship and the change of the psychological health, the following conclusions:1, through the analysis of a long reach teaching, it is concluded that wushu rank in a long reach in primary school is to organize the implementation of effective and scientific.2, a long reach teaching helps to improve students’ interest in learning martial arts. Help to speed up the students mastery of martial arts techniques; Help students better grasp the basic knowledge of martial arts such as offensive and defensive usage; Helps to cultivate the students’ consciousness of cooperation, enhance the interpersonal communication between teachers and students, students; Students can accept good wushu education; To cultivate the students ’physical training in martial arts have a certain role in promoting positive attitude.3, a long reach teaching helps to improve pupils’ mental health, especially for behavior disorders, bad habits, learning disabilities, emotional disorders, character flaw, has improved the social adaptation obstacles.On the basis of experimental results, for rank in martial arts teaching put forward the following Suggestions:1, strengthen the propaganda of wushu rank in.2, strengthen the physical education teachers rank in the martial arts training, and enhance the level of martial arts teaching staff.3, strengthen the basic skills and basic movements of practice.
