This study is based on the perspective of positive group psychological counseling for Guangzhou mechanical and electrical vocational-technical college grade 2012 students’ psychological and behavior intervention. To explore the role of positive group psychological counseling on the mechanic colleges and universities student’s psychology and behavior of deviation correction and coaching, Thus for the mechanic colleges students’ positive psychological and good behavior habit to provide theoretical and practical support.Study first through the questionnaire survey and interviews, between teachers and students to understand the status of the grade 12 students psychology and behavior.Then, randomly selected from two parallel class as the experimental object, a class as the experimental group, a class for the control group.For 12 positive group counseling intervention, while no control implement positive group counseling intervention. After the implementation of active groups and 3 months psychological counseling for two groups of subjects were carried out psychological and behavioral questionnaire.Finally, using SPSS 19.0 statistical software testing on a questionnaire to collect data for statistical analysis.The results showed that:The experimental group after group counseling intervention actively, the subjective well-being of the positive emotions (t=2.003, p=0.049< 0.05) dimension score is significantly higher than the control group, the subjective well-being of the negative emotion (t=2.907, p=2.907< 0.01) dimension score was significantly lower than the control group.On the learning mentality, the experimental group in the enterprise (t =1.999, p=0.05), curiosity (t=2.546, p=0.013<0.05) dimension score is significantly higher than the control group, but there is no significant difference in learning enthusiasm and learning persistence factor score.On the psychological health level, the experimental group in somatization (t=2.006, p=2.006< 0.05), forced symptoms (t=2.531, p=0.013< 0.013), interpersonal sensitivity (t=2.102, p=2.102< 0.05) and depression (t=2.507, p= 2.507< 0.05), anxiety (t=2.003, p=0.049< 0.049), paranoid (t=2.122, p=2.122< 0.05), additional project (t=2.447, p=0.017<0.017) dimension score and total score (t=2.135,p =2.135< 0.05) was significantly lower than the control group, but in the hostile, terror, there is no difference in psychotic.On the behavioral problems, the experimental group in discipline behavior (t=2.005, p=2.005< 0.05), the shrinking (t=1.994, p=1.994), neuroticism (t=2.041, p=2.041< 0.05) on the dimension score was significantly lower than the control group, but the other three dimensions’ difference were not significant.Experimental group in the active group psychological counseling intervention after the test and after 3 months of follow-up test results are compared, results show that the two dimension score does not exist significant differences in various scale. These showed positive group psychological counseling on the improvement of the technical school students’ psychological and behavioral deviation significant effect, and the effect of long-term and sustainable.
